Interior Design, Home Staging & Professional Styling and Decluttering Services.

Our services are divided into "bite size" sessions giving you the choice and confidence to continue engaging with us. with minimal expense, until you are ready to give the green light for your project.

Change

"TIME FOR CHANGE"

You can book your FREE "Time for Change" consultation online or call us, selecting a convenient time to have our first telephone/video call. This will provide you with an opportunity to talk to us about the spaces you would like to change and whether you require:

Interior Design, Home Staging, Decluttering or a mix of these services.

Getting to know our Clients is one of the most important steps because every project is different and we are not a “one size fits all” business. Our conversation will be relaxed as we continue to ask a series of questions that are designed to trigger lots of thoughts and ideas, some of which you may have thought of and others that you may not have yet considered.

"THROUGH THE KEYHOLE"

This session provides both us with the opportunity formally meet, view the spaces you would like to change and talk through some ideas.


We will ask questions to identify any building or planning works, discuss preferences regarding look and feel, textures, finishes, lighting, flooring, potential colour schemes, take measurements, review items to stay/go and budgets. The session is usually very interactive exploring the possibilities, taking "before pictures" which we will revisit as the project progresses.

This session is charged @ £150.00 and can be booked online.

"IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU"

Now it is time to reveal the combination of ideas we have discussed and visualise these for you. This interactive session will include presentation of your personalised Mood Board with relevant samples, enabling you to touch and feel some of the textures and finishes we have discussed, view colour schemes, lighting and flooring options you have chosen and accessories old and new that will help to transform your space.

It is important that you give us honest feedback at this point, ask questions or highlight any changes you would like to make, this is your space and we need to get it right for you. 

This session is charged @ £350.00 and includes your personalised Mood Boards.

"FROM ME TO YOU"

Great news, by now we would have identified which of our project management services you need to bring the ideas we have discussed to life. We will provide individual project and budget planner tools which will enable you to to have complete transparency during your project. Our services are designed to give you the flexibility to choose one that meets your individual needs and budget:


Self Managing Service –  Support with completing the aforementioned planners and recommendations for some suppliers with whom you will engage with directly. We can also help you make final selections on Fixtures, Fittings and Soft Furnishings, potentially sourcing and purchasing items.


This full day session will be charged @ £500.00


Full Project Management – We will complete the aforementioned planners and project manage all Suppliers including onsite presence when necessary. We will update and send you copies of the planners, purchase accessories and arrange waste removal if needed. 

Building materials will be included in the Supplier quotes which will be submitted for your approval and we will manage your budget and timelines to ensure you are happy with progress on your project.


This service is tailored to your individual project and charged either at an agreed hourly rate or fixed price between us.

HOME STAGING & PROFESSIONAL STYLING

Having an affordable Home Stager is not a luxury, it's a necessity if you want to achieve the maximum selling or letting price for your property.

As Home Stagers we take the time to understand and gather insight regarding the housing market.This information will help us to manage your expectations alongside those of potential Buyers.

Using our skills, knowledge and experience we produce concepts that will transform properties to appeal to your target audience, creating a "wow factor" with the clever use of colours, lighting, flooring and furniture, each room carefully planned so that they flow seamlessly together. We also address the property's "curb appeal" making recommendations for improvements if necessary

We work with New Build Properties, which we see as a blank canvas, Properties for Sale where rooms need refreshing or organising with furniture added or removed to create a sense of space, finally Properties that need renovating before marketing that requires an experienced Home Stager to ensure works are on time, within budget and in line with Client's expectations. 

We provide an experienced team to assemble and position everything to the agreed room specification and work collaboratively with other suppliers who may be onsite to agree timings and ensure work is completed as agreed.

This service is tailored to your individual project and will be charged at an agreed hourly rate or fixed price agreed between us.

DECLUTTERING

Decluttering is a task we all tend to put off or just don't know where to start. It is often a very personal process, you may not want to include others but are unable to tackle the work yourself.


This is where we come in, we take the time to get to know you, your reasons for decluttering, any timescales you may have and what your overall objective is. As we unravel this information together you will find our friendly and knowledgeable approach is what you need to finally get things moving in the right direction without the stress and worry.


Once we have discussed and identified your needs and categories for your belongings, we will summarise and quote for all the tasks to be completed whilst decluttering your specific space. Subject to your approval for work to commence our first task will be to undertake a full inventory of your belongings and categorise each item based on our previous discussion.

Items will be packaged and labelled accordingly - to be used in the  space, placed in storage or disposed of. Costs for packaging and labeling materials will be invoiced separately and any cleaning requirements will be subject to charges at an hourly rate or fixed price based on prior approval for this additional service.
